As one of Australia’s leading day hospital software developers we are excited to announce a number of upgrades to our CareRight Day Hospital Software suite.
This new development is including transitioning all users to the new Medicare web services system and introducing a new patient interactive module (PIM) for patient pre-admissions.The need for a connected healthcare system is greater than ever – one that’s accessible, progressive and secure and that’s why Clintel is a healthcare software supplier of choice to Australian hospitals.
Our day hospital software provides technology that is not only helping people live healthier lives, our hospital software allows staff to automate repetitive decision-based tasks such as quotes, invoicing and prescribing.
CareRight offers an end-to-end integrated Day Hospital software solutions for incorporating medical specialist consulting. CareRight Day Hospital Software manages all the aspects of consulting and day surgery requirements from theatre management, automated statutory reporting and full electronic claiming.
Clintel also plans to release full electronic prescribing functionality this year. Electronic prescribing allows for the prescribing and dispensing of medicines without the need for a paper prescription, which can improve efficiency and medicines safety. Electronic prescribing is an initiative as part of the National Health Plan. Clintel’s CareRight system is a fully integrated patient administration, electronic medical record and billing and claiming Day Hospital Software suite solution. It includes a workflow management system that includes workflow control, smart forms and task management.
All our clients have now transitioned to web services, supporting Medicare Online and ECLIPSE claiming.
We have also released our patient interactive module, which enables electronic communication of assessments to a patient for online completion. Our PIM applications include patient registration, pre-assessment for a procedure, adding notices or alerts to the patient record, post appointment surveys, multi-lingual support, patient screening, patient informed consent, and patient provided documentation.
Within CareRight we have also added automation triggers, which activate a defined workflow when certain criteria are met, such as a returned patient assessment.
ePrescribing will be made available in CareRight mid-year and we would be delighted to demonstrate how easy it will be to use, saving time and money.
