The Situation:
Our client was seeking to expand from 2 to 5 sites. Their multiple Mental Health software systems were struggling: they imposed a rigid out of date workflow with poor reporting. Both clients and health care workers were frustrated by their lack of software capabilities. Our client knew they needed to change, to enable growth, however resources were tight and there was no clear solution.
The resolution and Approach:
Park Vale engaged Clintel to undertake an Implementation planning study (IPS). Clintel reviewed requirements and outlined a solution using CareRight . The IPS provided a powerful template for action with:
- Workflows that mirrored Park Vale’s needs,
- Strong change management to ensure a smooth transition,
- Structured and affordable implementation plan,
- Clear demonstration of business improvement.
The IPS provided Park Vale with a coherent software layout in terms of both user face and back end. CareRight has provided a methodical yet innovative solution that our client could own and monitor from staging through to implementation
Park Vale has now expanded to 10 sites and CareRight is evolving with them as their range of services expands, enabling park vale to give best practice mental healthcare solutions for their clients.
